My Everyday Wellbeing is an award-winning workplace wellbeing programme and platform designed to support both organisational and individual wellbeing.

We believe wellbeing should be practical, accessible and relevant to everyone. That’s why we provide far more than a collection of resources. We deliver a structured programme of support that includes live speaker series, leadership support, gamified challenges, interactive tools, a yearly wellbeing calendar, awareness campaigns, posters, toolboxes and much more. Together, these resources help organisations create healthier workplace cultures while empowering individuals to take meaningful steps towards improving their wellbeing every day.

We also support those responsible for leading wellbeing initiatives by providing the tools, resources, campaigns and guidance needed to bring wellbeing to life. What makes My Everyday Wellbeing different is our commitment to supporting the whole person, not just the employee. Every member receives two complimentary family accounts, extending wellbeing support beyond the workplace and into the home. This gives employees and their households access to trusted wellbeing information, tools and resources whenever they need them, creating a more holistic and sustainable approach to wellbeing.

My Everyday Wellbeing was originally established from the foundations of the trusted Healthy Food Guide. We continue to draw on Healthy Food Guide’s extensive nutrition expertise and share the same commitment to evidence-based information, expert-led content and alignment with World Health Organization guidelines. Every article, programme and resource from both Healthy Food Guide and My Everyday Wellbeing is developed using credible research and delivered by qualified professionals.

Upon launching, we quickly recognised that nutrition alone was not enough to support the diverse and evolving needs of today’s workforce. Wellbeing is about what we eat, but it’s also our mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing, as well as the challenges, opportunities and life stages we experience throughout our lives.

This understanding led us to expand beyond nutrition and create a truly holistic wellbeing programme. Today, My Everyday Wellbeing provides expert-led support across a wide range of topics, including mental health, exercise, nutrition, sleep, fatigue, menopause, men’s health, retirement planning, financial wellbeing and much more.

By addressing such a broad range of wellbeing needs, we ensure there is something relevant for everyone, regardless of their age, background, interests, role or stage of life.
