Katrina Pace

Katrina has over 25 years-experience as a dietitian, both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. Before joining the Healthy Food Guide team she worked for both Auckland and Waitemata District Health Boards. Drawing on her experience working alongside the gastroenterologists, Katrina is the HFG resident gut bacteria nerd and digestion expert including advice on low FODMAPs and coeliac disease. When not writing features and the shopping section for HFG, Katrina works with wellness businesses.
