Each of us draws from our professional and personal experience of wellbeing, to deliver the best experience for you and your staff.
Director, My Everyday Wellbeing
Tim is passionate about people, health and overall wellbeing. He’s also a champion of positive change for workplace culture and employee care. He doesn’t like to think of wellbeing so much an initiative, but rather it’s about creating a culture and environment where people thrive and something you integrate within the workplace culture.
Partnerships Manager, My Everyday Wellbeing (NZ)
Olivia is a Registered Nutritionist and has worked as a nutrition consultant in clinics and gyms, helping individuals and families with their nutrition. She has also held various nutrition communication roles working with clients such as Coeliac NZ and Diabetes NZ. Olivia enjoys supporting workplaces to make a difference to the wellbeing of their staff with a holistic approach.

Victoria has over 15 years working experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development. She is a devoted supporter of a holistic health and wellbeing approach, from nurturing her mental health through exercise and a balanced diet, to weaving in lifelong learning for a healthy mind.

Brooke Delfino is is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and the editor of the Australian Healthy Food Guide. Brooke is on a mission to make healthy eating easy and enjoyable, and loves to share her passion for delicious, nutritious food.

Jenny’s background as a health reporter and a digital journalist has provided her with a strong journalistic ethic, and maintaining Healthy Food Guide’s reputation as a legitimate, trustworthy source of evidence-based nutrition advice is at the core of her work on the publication.

Claire’s passion is to make it easier for people to both eat well and keep mentally well, in our busy, full-on world. She is a qualified nutritionist with a special interest in psychology. She runs the nutrition and wellbeing company Mission Nutrition and also appears regularly in the media sharing her thoughts on health and wellbeing.

Rachel is an expert in occupational sleep and fatigue management, with over 13 years of experience. She leads Fatigue Management Masterclasses, presents at conferences, and co-funded a study on the prevalence of OSA in commercial drivers. Rachel is dedicated to helping businesses reduce the risk of workplace fatigue through her expert knowledge.
RITANZ Insolvency Practitioner licensed by CAANZ
Christine is the CEO and Co-founder of Debtfix, an expert in debt solutions, financial literacy tutoring, and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. She is also a Debt Repayment Order supervisor appointed by the Official Assignee and a trustee of creditors' proposals. Christine is highly respected in the financial capability sector and aims to empower individuals to take control of their finances.
