Sarah is an Olympian and trained physiotherapist who is passionate about living a full life by looking after your health and wellbeing. She draws on her long career in track and field as a heptathlete and high jumper and her experience as a physiotherapist to provide sensible fitness advice. Sarah’s sporting career highlight was fulfilling a lifelong dream to compete at the Olympics, which she did in the heptathlon at the 2012 London Olympics. She has been contributing to the Healthy Food Guide since 2015.
