Sarah has had an extensive career in publishing that has been split between the UK and 15 years in New Zealand. She has been an experienced food editor on major titles, including healthy food based publications, mainstream women’s monthly magazines and Asda supermarket magazine.  She has also contributed to cook books, produced advertorials and been a guest speaker at numerous high profile food shows along side internationally renowned chefs.
