Turning insights into action
Making sense of your results
Our Mood Meter Dashboard helps you understand how your team members are feeling. The following suggestions will help you use the results to take meaningful, proactive action to support staff wellbeing across a range of emotional states.
Whether your team is struggling, managing, or thriving, you’ll find practical suggestions to match their needs and make the most of the insights available through My Everyday Wellbeing.
The below is a guide to consider when reviewing your results:

Within the high-risk zone
We strongly recommend increasing communication about the support structures available in your organisation. This may include EAP, My Everyday Wellbeing, and other internal resources. Promoting EAP proactively can help prevent issues from escalating and support individuals in regaining control. It’s also a good time to notify team leaders so they can check in more closely with their teams and remind them of what support is available.

Within the unpleasant zone
It’s worth keeping EAP front and centre, and increasing awareness of My Everyday Wellbeing and other wellbeing resources. Encourage regular check-ins, and consider reminding staff of available tools that support stress management, energy, and mental health.

Within the neutral range
This is a good sign – but it’s still important to maintain visibility of your support offerings. Staff in this range may be managing, but not necessarily thriving. Highlight tools for building resilience and energy, and continue promoting healthy routines through My Everyday Wellbeing.

Within the pleasant zone
Your team is likely feeling balanced and engaged. Keep momentum going by celebrating small wins, continuing to reinforce wellbeing tools, and offering light-touch reminders about available support. You’re in a great spot to strengthen positive habits.

Within very pleasant zone
Amazing! This suggests strong engagement and wellbeing across the team. It’s a great opportunity to share success stories, thank your team, and keep reinforcing what’s working. Encourage staff to keep using the tools that help them feel good, and explore how you might maintain and build on that positive culture.
