The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 in New Zealand is “Community is… what we create together.” It emphasises the importance of connection, encouraging people across Aotearoa to come together, build, and celebrate their communities. This theme highlights how strong social connections and shared experiences can uplift our collective mental wellbeing.
